His experience in tax matters has been focused on consultancy and tax planning for natural and legal persons and litigation before administrative and judicial authorities.
In terms of corporate law his experience has been focused on advising on commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings.
In relation to financial transactions his experience has been focused on the tax structuring of external debt operations, syndicated loans, securitizations, derivatives transactions, operations of national and international leasing and commercial trust operations.

He worked as associate in the law firms of Raisbeck Lara Rodríguez & Rueda (Baker & McKenzie), Gómez-Pinzón Abogados y Zuleta & Partners Legal Group; and as Legal and Tax Services Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Since 2009 he works as an independent professional.

Professor of Tax Law since 2000 in various undergraduate, graduate and continuing education academic programs at the Rosario University, La Sabana University and the Javeriana University in Bogota.
